I've heard from some of you and the biggest factor in developing your plan is starting it. I just believe in the process so great, that I've created a starter plan worksheet for you. While I recommend that you journal your experience, this worksheet may assist you in getting started with your process.
At first, you may not have much to write down, so don't be intimidated. However, as you continue with the process, you will find yourself writing more and more on the worksheet until you will be forced to get a journal. If you have difficulty uploading the pdf, send me an e-mail and I'll forward you a different version.
