I woke up this morning with such a fresh outlook on life. While the world that surrounds me may be in turmoil, I've come to the realization that I can't give up on my own desire to dream.
If you are living a life of unfulfilled dreams, you may not be inspired to keep on dreaming. Some dreams may not come true, while others may seem to have resulted in a nightmare. Yet, something inside of me presents the feeling of unfinished business. I'm just not ready to live my next years with an inner feeling that I'm not going anyplace soon. I know and believe that God has placed my destiny in more than a dead end. That is enough inspiration for me to just press through my circumstances, press through finances, press through school....press through whatever comes my way.
If you find that you have lost your desire to dream, I just encourage you to wake your ownself up. Some of us have been sleep too long. You said that you were going back to school at the age of 35. Now you are 45 and you are wondering how 10 years passed you by. Wake up! You can still enroll. You can go to school online. You can go to school at night. This is just one example of the many dreams that some of us have set aside. Yet, we function in our everyday lives with the dream lurking in the back of our minds. The dream is not dead, you are. Wake up! Realize that if you want to make it to your "next", you have to work on your "now".
When I decided to go back to school last year, I didn't know how I was going to do it. I didn't think that I had enough time, enough money or enough discipline. My own destructive thinking tried to cancel out the dream before it could become fulfilled. I had to wake u[p myself. It just seemed as if people in my life were content with me living a sleep walking life. Now, I'm close to a year completed on a fast track and I'm almost finished. God caught me up and He's not finished yet.
Be encouraged, wake up and get moving on your dream. Your true divine destiny is waiting for you on the other side.
Be Blessed!
Gina
